Hourly as-directed service is the most flexible way to book a chauffeur. Instead of paying for a single trip from Point A to Point B, you book a vehicle and driver for a block of time. Within that time, you control the schedule entirely — multiple stops, waiting at each location, and returning to where you started or ending somewhere completely different.
The minimum booking is 2 hours on weekdays and 3 hours on weekends and event days. All hourly bookings are billed garage-to-garage — time is measured from when your driver departs the Apex facility to when the vehicle returns. This is industry-standard and is disclosed in your quote before you confirm.
After your minimum hours, time is billed in 30-minute increments rounded up. If your day runs longer than booked, we extend as long as the vehicle is available — inform your driver or contact dispatch if you need to extend.
