Cancellation Policy

Sedan and SUV cancellations should be made in advance of pickup. Sprinter, coach, World Cup and special event bookings may have longer cancellation windows.

Sedan and SUV Reservations

Cancellations must be made at least twelve (12) hours before pickup for local Massachusetts trips, and at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance for out-of-state reservations. Late cancellations are charged the full fare plus the mandatory 20% gratuity.

Sprinter VIP, Minibus, and Motor Coach Reservations

Cancellations must be made at least seven (7) days in advance. Cancellations within seven days are charged the full fare plus the mandatory 20% gratuity.

FIFA World Cup 2026 and Special Event Reservations

All World Cup 2026 bookings and special event reservations are non-refundable within seventy-two (72) hours of the scheduled pickup time. No exceptions are made within this window.

Same-Day Cancellations

Cancellations made on the same day as the scheduled pickup are charged the full fare regardless of vehicle type, plus the mandatory 20% gratuity.

Flight Delays

Flight delays are never charged. Apex provides complimentary real-time flight tracking on all airport pickups. Clients are never penalized for flight delays, cancellations, or diversions outside their control.
