Group transportation with Apex is available in four vehicle classes scaled to your group size. The Executive Van (14 passengers) and Sprinter Limo Van (14 passengers, lounge configuration) handle mid-size groups. The Executive Mini Coach (32 passengers) serves larger corporate groups. The Motor Coach (55 passengers) handles full-size convention shuttles, conference transportation, and large event needs.
All group vehicles operate on an hourly as-directed basis with a 3-hour minimum. This means your vehicle and driver are committed to your group for the full booking window — multiple pickups, multiple stops, multi-venue events. Group transportation is billed garage-to-garage, consistent with all Apex hourly services.
For corporate events requiring multiple vehicles, Apex assigns a dedicated event coordinator who manages all vehicles, tracks timing, and communicates with your event planner throughout the day. This prevents the fragmented experience of booking multiple vehicles independently with no central coordination.
