The moment you book an airport transfer with Apex, we attach your flight number to your reservation. From that point forward, we monitor your flight from departure not from scheduled arrival. If your flight is delayed, your driver is notified and adjusts accordingly. You do not need to call us, text us, or do anything at all.
Upon landing, you receive complimentary wait time: 30 minutes for domestic arrivals, 60 minutes for international. That window accounts for normal customs, immigration, and baggage claim time. Your driver is at curbside or inside the terminal wherever you specify at booking.
After the wait window, additional time is billed at a standard rate per our Terms and Conditions. Tolls and fees are included in your quoted price. The 20% chauffeur gratuity and 7% fuel surcharge are always applied and disclosed at booking no surprises on your receipt.

A 20% mandatory chauffeur gratuity is applied to all bookings and is disclosed in your quote. This goes directly to your chauffeur and is not optional. It is not an add-on at the time of payment it is part of your confirmed booking total.
