Lost & Found Report

Submit this report as soon as possible after your trip — the sooner it is received, the higher the chance of recovery. All Apex Black Car vehicles are inspected after every completed trip, and drivers are contacted immediately upon report submission. Recovered items are held at 10 Post Office Square, Suite 800, Boston, MA 02109 for up to 30 days. Apex Black Car responds within 4 hours on business days and within 8 hours during evenings and weekends. Apex Black Car is not legally responsible for items left in vehicles, but makes every effort to locate and return lost property.
