Recovered items are held at 10 Post Office Square, Suite 800, Boston, MA 02109 for up to 30 days. Apex Black Car responds within 4 hours on business days and within 8 hours during evenings and weekends. Apex Black Car is not legally responsible for items left in vehicles, but makes every effort to locate and return lost property.
