Affiliate Partner Application

Apex Black Car partners with licensed professional chauffeured transportation operators of all sizes, from independent owner-operators to multi-vehicle fleets worldwide. Acceptance requires vetting, approval, and execution of the Apex Black Car Affiliate Partner Agreement. All partner payments are settled in USD and paid net-15 per completed trip. Required for each driver: valid driver’s license, employment classification, SSN/SIN (US/Canada) or W-8BEN (international), or EIN with W-9 for independent companies. Required for each vehicle: proof of commercial insurance and current registration. Apex Black Car responds within five business days of receiving a complete application.
