We continuously work to remove barriers and ensure every interaction, from booking to drop-off, remains dignified, seamless, and tailored to individual needs. Accessibility accommodations are provided with complete discretion and respect for client privacy.
No additional fees are charged for accessibility accommodations unless specialized third-party equipment rental is required.
Accessibility accommodations should be requested during booking so the appropriate vehicle and chauffeur can be assigned. All approved accommodations are confirmed within the reservation confirmation.
Our chauffeurs are trained to safely assist clients using wheelchairs, walkers, canes, rollators, and other mobility devices. Please specify the mobility equipment type during booking.
Apex provides HIPAA-aware non-emergency medical transportation to hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, dialysis centers, specialty clinics, and assisted care locations throughout Greater Boston.
We offer dependable, patient, and respectful chauffeured transportation services for elderly clients, assisted living communities, and memory care facilities.
Service animals are always welcome in all Apex vehicles at no additional charge, in full compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and applicable Massachusetts law.
Professionally installed child safety seats are available upon request. Please provide the child’s age and weight at the time of booking.
Clients who are deaf or hard of hearing may communicate with Apex through text messaging and email for confirmations, updates, and chauffeur coordination.
Clients traveling with oxygen tanks, CPAP machines, IV poles, or other medical equipment should notify Apex during booking so the appropriate vehicle can be assigned.
Upon request, chauffeurs may assist clients from their residence or care facility to the vehicle and escort them inside the destination.

Apex aims to partially conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards and continues working with its development team to improve accessibility across the website.
